How does monthly porta potty billing work?
Monthly porta potty rentals bill every 28 days, not by calendar month. A standard unit costs about $189 per 28-day cycle with one service per week included. Thirteen 28-day cycles make one year, so a 12-month job sees 13 invoices.
What is included in a long-term rental?
A long-term porta potty rental includes the unit, one service per week, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and pickup. Delivery is charged once at the start. Extra service visits, unit moves to a new address and damage are the only charges that can be added.
Can I change the number of units mid-rental?
Units can be added or removed during a long-term rental. Added units start their own 28-day cycle. Removed units stop renewing once you call. Large jobs often step up during framing and step down during finish work.
How do I end a long-term rental?
Call or email to request pickup, ideally 2 days before the current 28-day cycle ends. The driver picks up on the next business day, and no new cycle is billed after your call. A cycle already started is not split into days.
Full details are in the rental terms.

What happens during a hurricane warning?
Units on long-term sites are strapped or laid down when a hurricane warning is issued for the Valley, if the site is reachable. Call dispatch to plan ahead.
