Price and what's included

Your written quote shows the total before tax and before you pay. See the full porta potty cost guide.
What's your daily rate for a porta potty?
Porta potties are not priced by the day. Event units have one price that covers delivery before the event and pickup after, usually Friday to Monday. Longer rentals are priced per 28-day cycle. That is why a one-day unit and a four-day unit cost the same $199.
Is that price per day, per month or for the whole time?
Event prices cover the whole event window, usually Friday drop-off to Monday pickup. Long-term prices are per 28-day cycle, and the cycle repeats until you call for pickup. The quote always says which one you are getting.
Does the price include delivery and pickup?
Delivery and pickup are one round-trip charge of about $75–$95 inside Edinburg, listed as its own line. There is no separate removal fee at the end. Addresses in Cameron, Starr, Willacy and Brooks counties have a higher round-trip charge.
Is the delivery fee per unit or per order?
The delivery fee is charged once per order, not per unit. Adding a second or third unit to the same address lowers the cost per unit.
Is tax included in the price?
Prices on this site are before Texas sales tax. The written quote shows the tax and the final total on the card.
Are there fuel surcharges or card fees?
Any fuel surcharge or card fee is shown on the written quote before you book. A charge that is not on the quote is not added later.
Does it come with toilet paper and hand sanitizer?
Every unit arrives with toilet paper and a filled hand sanitizer dispenser at no extra cost. Long-term units are restocked at every weekly service.
What's the price difference between the standard and the one with the sink?
The unit with a sink and flush — the deluxe flushing unit — starts at about $325 per event, compared with $199 for a standard unit. A standalone hand wash station starts at about $150.
Can you do any better on the price?
Orders of 5 or more units, rentals longer than 3 months, and flexible delivery dates all lower the price. Ask on the call and the dispatcher checks what applies.
Is the cheapest quote always the best deal?
The cheapest unit price can hide a large delivery fee, a removal fee or no weekly service. Compare the out-the-door total and what is included.
How long is a quote good for?
A written quote is good for 7 days. Unit availability for busy weekends is only held once the order is booked.
Delivery and timing

How soon can you get one out here?
Edinburg, McAllen, Pharr and nearby cities usually get delivery the same or next business day. Farther cities such as Brownsville, Rio Grande City or Falfurrias are scheduled on route days, usually within 1–2 business days.
Is there a rush fee for same-day delivery?
A rush fee of about $75 may apply on a fully booked day. When a truck is already near you, same-day costs the same as regular delivery. The dispatcher tells you before you book.
Do you deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
Deliveries run Monday through Saturday. Drivers do not run routes on Sunday, so Sunday events get the unit on Friday or Saturday.
My event is Saturday. Can you drop it off Friday and pick it up Monday?
Friday drop-off and Monday pickup is the standard plan for weekend events. The extra days cost nothing. When Monday is a holiday, pickup moves to Tuesday.

Deliveries happen between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The dispatcher gives you a narrower window on the call, and the driver can call when on the way if you ask.

Nobody needs to be home. Mark the spot with a cone, chalk or a note, unlock the gate or text the code, and give a backup phone number for the driver.
How far ahead should I book?
Book 2–3 weeks ahead for spring graduations, wedding season and holiday weekends, and 4–8 weeks ahead for restroom trailers. Jobsite and home units can usually be filled the same week.
Can you deliver early so it's there before my crew starts at 7?
Early drops can be requested for the day before, so the unit is waiting when the crew arrives.
Cleaning and service

Rentals of one week or longer are serviced once a week. Each visit pumps the tank, scrubs the seat, floor and walls, adds deodorizer and restocks toilet paper and sanitizer.

Weekly service is included in every 28-day rental. Event rentals arrive clean and stocked and need no service during a weekend.
Can I get it cleaned twice a week?
Twice-weekly service is available on any long-term rental. Each extra visit adds about $75. On busy sites, a second unit can cost less than extra visits.
Will the event unit be clean, not a beat-up construction one?
Event units are inspected, washed and stocked before every event. Ask for a deluxe flushing unit or a restroom trailer if guests expect a nicer look.
What if the unit gets smelly in the heat?
Valley summers speed up odor. Face the door away from afternoon sun, keep the roof vent clear, and add a mid-week service on big crews.
Choosing a unit
Do you have the one with a sink inside?
The deluxe flushing unit has a sink, soap and paper towels inside, plus a foot-pump flush. See the deluxe flushing porta potty page.
Do you have hand washing stations?
Two-sink hand washing stations with soap and towels start at about $150. They rent alone or next to porta potties.
Do you have handicap porta potties?
Wheelchair-accessible units with a ground-level floor, wide door and grab bars start at about $249. The extra room also helps guests in gowns and parents with small children.
Do you rent restroom trailers?
Two-stall restroom trailers with flushing toilets, sinks, lights and A/C start at about $1,450 per event. Larger trailers are quoted by date.
Does the restroom trailer need water and electricity?

What's the difference between an event unit and a construction unit?
The unit design is the same. Event units are kept looking newer and are cleaned and stocked for one event. Construction units stay out for weeks and get weekly service.
Do you have pink or colored porta potties?
Some colored units are in the fleet. Color depends on what is free for your date.
Can I put a lock on the porta potty?
Units latch from inside only. Renters can add their own padlock and hasp, then share the code or key with dispatch so service is not missed.
Do you have baby changing stations?
The wheelchair-accessible unit has the most room for changing a baby. Ask about availability of fold-down changing tables.
Sizing
How many porta potties do I need for 100 people?
Two standard units cover 100 guests for 4 hours. Make it 3 if alcohol is served or the event runs past 6 hours. Try the porta potty calculator.

For a backyard party of 50–75 guests, one unit plus the house bathroom usually works. Keep the house bathroom for older guests and children.
Should we get separate units for men and women?
Two units labeled men and women work well at parties over 60 guests. The men's unit has a urinal and moves the line faster.
How many workers can one porta potty handle?
One standard unit handles about 10 workers for a 40-hour week with one service. OSHA's legal minimum is 1 toilet for 20 or fewer workers — see the OSHA porta potty guide.
Construction and business accounts
I need one for a job site. What's the monthly rate?
A standard jobsite unit is about $189 per 28 days with weekly service, plus a one-time delivery charge.

A move to a new address is scheduled as a pickup and a new delivery. Moves on the same site happen free during service.
Can I set up a business account and get invoiced?
Contractors can apply for a business account with monthly invoicing. Approval takes a few business days. Until then, card payment books the order.
Do you need our tax-exempt certificate?
Send the Texas sales tax exemption certificate before the first invoice so tax is removed from qualifying rentals.
Can you send a quote for a bid?
Written quotes for bids are available by email. Tell us the start date, duration and crew size.
Can I pick up the unit with my own trailer?
Self-pickup and towing are not offered, so units are not damaged in transit and stay insured.
Homes, remodels and placement
Can I rent a porta potty while my only bathroom is remodeled?
Homeowners rent one standard or deluxe unit for remodels lasting 1–6 weeks, with weekly service included.
We bought land with no septic yet. Can we keep a unit month to month?
Month-to-month rentals work until the septic or water line is in. The rental renews every 28 days until you call for pickup.
Can the porta potty go on the grass?
Grass works if it is level and dry. After rain, Valley clay gets soft, so a driveway or a pad of plywood is better.
How much room does a porta potty need?
A standard unit needs about 5 by 5 feet of level ground, and the truck must park within about 15 feet.
Can the driver roll it into my backyard?
The driver can dolly a standard unit through a gate at least 4 feet wide on a firm path. Steps, slopes and soft grass may not work.
Do I need a permit for a porta potty?
A unit on private property normally needs no permit in Edinburg. A unit on a street, sidewalk, park or city right-of-way may need city approval, and HOAs may have their own rules.
Booking, payment and pickup
Do I have to pay now or when it's delivered?

Do you need a deposit?
No separate deposit is needed. The booking payment covers the rental shown on the quote.
Can I pay by cash or check?
Payment is by credit or debit card. Approved business accounts can pay invoices by check.
Will I get a receipt?
A receipt and order confirmation are emailed or texted right after booking.
Can I leave the end date open?
Long-term rentals have an open end date. Call or text when you are done, and pickup is scheduled for the next business day.
Does the rental renew automatically?
Long-term rentals renew every 28 days until you call for pickup. Call about 2 days before the cycle ends to avoid a new cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 72 business hours before delivery for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours and rush orders are non-refundable. Full details are in the rental terms.
Can you text or email me the quote?
Written quotes are sent by text or email so you can share them before booking.
